The line began with “Tralee”, Kerry’s Lee Of Clarenjoy. She was a talented, happy, eager-to-please, and versatile dog. As a triple breed champion she demonstrated her conformation by earning recognition in the American Kennel Club, United Kennel Club, and International All Breed Canine Association. At the 2012 Flat-Coated Retriever Society of America National Specialty, Tralee won Best Amateur Owner Handler under Judge Mrs. Eleonora Boermans. In 2013 the United Kennel Club recognized Tralee as number two in the Final Top Ten Ranking for Flat-Coated Retrievers.
Tralee demonstrated her trainability by the numerous and diverse performance titles earned in agility, tracking, obedience, rally, and hunting. She pointed birds when she hunted in the field, which endeared her to my husband. She was my constant companion; always ready for an adventure; always affectionate; always good humored and friendly.
Her first and only litter produced 11 beautiful and healthy puppies; one of which was CARIS.
I lost my beautiful Tralee in 2016 to an aggressive and unforgiving form of cancer. She was 9 years old.
